We all face times in our lives when we need to make or cope with changes, both internal and external. Self-reflective writing is a powerful way to learn to access our inner wisdom and develop resilience. This class will teach you fun and effective ways to begin or enrich your journalling practice as a means of riding the wave of life events. Please bring your writing supplies and your curiosity. New and experienced journallers are welcome.
